Our Story

Rooted Living Designs began as a small home-based business in Regina, Saskatchewan, built from a shared passion for creativity, plants, and design by long-time partners Tyler and Steven, alongside their beloved shop pups, Bailee and Kiki.

What started as YQR Plant Assistants quickly blossomed into something much bigger. In August 2019, the business evolved into Rooted Landscape and Design, and we proudly opened our first retail location in Regina’s historic Warehouse District.

As the world changed throughout 2020 and 2021, so did our vision. We discovered that our true passion lay in helping people bring life, beauty, and connection into their homes through plants and thoughtfully curated spaces. In early 2022, we embraced that direction wholeheartedly, rebranding as Rooted Living Designs and moving into a larger space dedicated to interior greenery, home décor, art, and plant-inspired living.

Today, Rooted Living Designs is a welcoming destination for plant enthusiasts and beginners alike. Our carefully curated collection includes tropical houseplants, unique planters, home décor, locally crafted goods, and thoughtful gifts designed to bring beauty and personality into any space.
